Winter Rentals

The Grand Strand is the perfect place to spend your winter! Southern Coast Vacations offers monthly Winter Rental rates from October 1st – March 31st.  Our monthly rentals include all utilities at very reasonable rates. Please check out our availability and give us a call if you have any questions.

Your first month rent is due upon booking. Please call our office for availability.

We do accept monthly payments. Each monthly payment must be received 30days prior to each month reserved. 

Rentals over 90 days are not taxed.
