Accounting Services

Our friendly accounting professionals work to provide you the most accurate and up-to-date accounting information available. Through access of your online OwnerWeb account, you can view your reservations, monthly statements and year-end preparation documents in real time, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We also send a 1099 at the end of the year.

  • Ensure guest rent payments for owner properties are recorded and deposited in accordance to state mandated guidelines
  • Calculate and distribute monthly rental proceeds to owners
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements of booked reservations, income received, and expenses incurred for an owner properties
  • Collect and pay appropriate sales and use taxes assessed to guest rentals of owner properties to state and local entities
  • Provide owners with year-end IRS mandated tax reports and statement of income and expenses for their properties
  • Process appropriate refunds that may be due to guests on behalf of owners

NO linen or cleaning cost on guest reservations, the guest pays for these services on top of the rental rate.  Owners can request a departure cleaning at a reduced rate.
