The rental was a great place to stay for a week. The rental was a great place to stay for a week. Our only complaint was in regards to responding to maintenance request. We left messages about the dryer and one television on both Saturday and Sunday and actually talk to an individual about them on Monday. No action was taken the entire week.

Great location on the beach. Close to lots of attractions. The cleaning/maintenance staff for the building was terrific and the lobby/pool was always very clean and tidy. Our specific condo could use a bit more of a deep clean between guests. There were remnants of sand everywhere and under the furniture needed cleaned. The washing machine had black mold/mildew that we couldn't wipe off or clean off. Made using the washer a little gross. There were a few details (paint missing near the sliding door) that you noticed if you were being nit-picky. :-) The keypad on the door was a great feature and we didn't have to wait forever for the elevators. Overall, a good property with a great location and nice pools/hot tub.

Condo was very nice, good location an very friendly staff an residents. Wash machine an overall cleanliness could have been better. No one appeared to be in the office to pick up package, but upon knocking someone arrived an retrieved them from locker this was prior to closing.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. We were steps from the beach and pool with great access to Barefoot Landing and other places. The kitchen had lots of space and we enjoyed the keurig. One thing is that their wasn't a knife sharpener and that was a bit tricky with dull knives. The master bath towel rack was loose and couldn't hold more than one towel. We hung our towels around the room. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony seating and morning coffee views from it. The doors with the humidity were a little hard to move at times. We had 4 teens with us and sleeping arrangements were a bit tight in the first room. There isn't a lot of space but it works. I specifically liked how clean it was when we checked in. We will definitely return. Everything from check in to check out was easy.

The kitchen, appliances, and living room furniture were fine. The rest of the condo is falling apart and needs a serious cleaning. The showers had mold along the tubs, the vents were coated in dust, and the beds were worn and extremely noisy (like cartoonish squeaking). The property management team - Southern Coast - were extremely unprofessional during my first phone interaction.

We had a great time at Water Pointe, great location, not too crowded, property was nice. I would recommend!

Need to fix the main sliding door though, gets stuck everytime when only opened about 12", really becomes annoying after a day of pushing and pulling. Also needs a better vacuum to combat the sand invasion.

Had a great time renting from Southern Coast with no issues and moth process. The condo does need some work. We found sand on the bar stools and under the beds upon arrival. The master bath had molded caulking in the tub/shower area, Half way through the stay we noticed a musty smell coming from AC vents. Had to fix the dryer door to get it to stay closed, sliding door leading to patio doesn’t latch, couches should be replaced. The bathroom doors were hard to shut. All in all, had a great time, North Myrtle Beach is a great area with plenty of stuff to do and places to eat. Would definitely go back however probably not rent this unit.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo is very well maintained and looks great. The view from the balcony is phenomenal! Everything was ready for me when I picked up keys and staff was available for any after hours issue but I didn't have any. I will be coming back!

Beautiful and comfortable condo with a great views. My husband and I enjoyed the easy beach access and the indoor pool as the weather was cloudy and chilly for a couple of days. The captains chairs on the deck were great for ocean viewing. I loved cooking in the kitchen area and my hubby raved over the great mattresses on the beds. We hope to be able to stay two weeks next year. Overall a great place near everything.

I would highly recommend this place. Its very clean, has a great view of the beach and plenty of things to do close by. The property is also very well kept. This would be an awesome place to bring your family. I have stayed here several times and was pleased with the place each time

This apartment was just perfect to spend our summer vacations with my wife, boys and my in-laws. Each of the spaces were equipped with what was necessary to make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. My children loved their bedroom by having the comfort of television just for them. The second bedrooms was large enough with everything needed and comfortable bed. The master bedroom big enough with the comfort of the balcony and being able to sleep listening to the sound of the sea through the window and a very comfortable bed too. My father-in-law loved to read his book on the balcony morning/afternoon as it was shaded there all day long. It was nice and very convenient to be in front of the beach, just to take a 5 minutes walk to set up the chairs and umbrellas to spend the day at the beach. Something that I liked a lot was being able to see the kindness of the maintenance people who were every day since early morning cleaning the windows, the pool and organizing all the common areas of the property. The property manager who was in charge of helping us since we arrived with a couple of small confusions was very efficient and friendly. The only exception was not having solved the problem with the smell of the washing machine but nothing that could not be solved with a good cleaning with clorox. We will consider this property for a vacation because the location near many attractions shops and good restaurants made one of my best vacations.
