Capital Gains is a 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom Surfside Beach House. This private home has 2 ocean view balconies, a private pool, and is only steps to the ocean. The home has plenty of space to spread out with over 3000 square feet and sleeps 18. Spend your days playing in the sand, taking in the sites, shopping, playing golf, or lounging at your very own pool.
This Surfside Beach home is located in the perfect Family Friendly location and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. A spacious open floor plan with new living room furniture, smart TV's, and Amish made bedroom suites. The bakers dream kitchen has all the cooking utensils, pots pans, dishes you need to make your family beach snacks or a gourmet meal.
Relax in the living room with comfortable seating with new furniture or sit on the balcony and take in the ocean breeze.
Downstairs:
Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances
Dining Room – Seats 8
Living Room – Large flat-screen Smart TV, new living room furniture with recliner and sleeper sofa.
Screened Porch with ample seating with sliders that open up into the living space.
Master Bedroom – Queen bed, TV, large en-suite restroom with walk in shower

Upstairs:
Spacious Master Suite – King Size bed, private restroom, balcony access, separate sitting area, and 60" Smart TV
Master Bedroom #3 – Queen bed, TV, private restroom, access to ocean view balcony and Large screened porch.
Guest Room – Two bunk beds, Queen on bottom, twin on top, TV, and attached half restroom.
Guest Room - Two Double Beds and TV for late night viewing.
Full Size Restroom with tub/shower combination and single vanity.
Laundry Room - Full Size washer and dryer, iron & Ironing board, Utility sink.
Outside:
Large Private Swimming Pool with loungers and Amish made patio furniture.

Picnic Area with table and 2 Charcoal Grills
Outside Lights and Parking for 5 medium sized cars.
Come experience what Surfside Beach has to offer! It’s conveniently located near the attractions, shopping and entertainment of Myrtle Beach, but furnishes the atmosphere of a charming neighborhood.
Brookgreen Gardens is a short drive away and Marshwalk in Murrels Inlet is worth the relaxing walk.

This property is NOT pet friendly
This home is completely non-smoking including all forms of E-cigarettes and vape pens (this includes smoking on the porches).
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Motorcycles are not allowed.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

We really enjoyed our week at Capital Gains. The home fit all of our family's needs during our stay. Private pool, easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds, and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Evenings on the decks or by the pool were amazing.

I cannot say enough about our family vacation at “Capital Gains”. The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the beach. The house was very clean, beachy decor and they had everything there that you could possibly need. The kitchen was VERY nice and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was being cleaned when we arrived and they had lots of pool floats, sand toys & games. Multiple porches & screened in porches as well. There were 13 of us and at no time did we feel as if we were crowded. This was a great find & a perfect vacation for a large group. Many restaurants & bars within walking distance as well.

We had a great time at Capital Gains. It was really close to the beach. The house had a lot of deck area and screened in porch space. We were surprised how much the house had available for us, like kitchen supplies, beach towels, pool toys, etc. It was a perfect space for a large group.

We had an absolute great time. The location to the beach was perfect. We rented golf carts but were so close to the beach access we just walked. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had 3 family's staying at the house and had plenty of room. The pool was great size. We enjoyed our stay at Capital Gains.

The house is across the street from the beach, so it is in a great location. The house had plenty of space for our family of 10. The backyard pool was nice too. Could use a little more lounge chair seating. We had a great week.

We had a great stay at the house and enjoyed all the room. It was perfect for our extended family. Plenty of space to stretch out. We loved the decks and the screen porches. The kitchen is open and offers lots of seating. We will be back :)
The rental was very clean and in a great location. Our grandson has already asked at least 20 times to go back to this beach house.
