Bahama Sands 909

Stayed a total of 49 days and loved it. First I’ll rate Southern Coast Vacations. Worked with Kim in the booking process and miscellaneous times during our stay. She is absolutely wonderful with a great cherry personality and helpful beyond belief.
Now for the unit, we stayed in Bahama Sands 909. I’ve stayed in many oceanfront condos over the years and this one is my favorite. It is an end unit with amazing views. The unit protruded out from the other units which provided a north, south and east view as far as you can see. My wife captured each beautiful sunrise on film as remembrance. All 3 bedrooms had ocean views with the main having the same north, south and east view that the living area and deck has and the 2 guest bedrooms having a east and north view.
The kitchen was also well appointed and gave us all we needed to cook our meals. Parking is in a covered garage and they have ample luggage carts as well as grocery carts to bring up your belongings as well as groceries.
Upon our move in the unit was clean and everything was in working order. In fact as we were leaving a maintenance tech showed up to verify that every light, appliance and TV was in working order for the new vacationers.
Now for the negatives: Sorry but I can’t think of a single negative Thank you Southern Coast and Kim for giving us a trip to remember.

The condo was a great fit for us - 3 couples. Great location, fantastic view. While the unit was very comfortable, in my opinion there are a few cosmetic things that need to be addressed if it wants to stay a viable rental. i.e.; the shower curtain in the primary bath was very moldy, one set of bed sheets was beginning to have rips along the edges, king size beds had 3 pillows (which was very much appreciated) but only 2 pillow cases were provided, there was a shortage of water glasses. While these items didn't take away from the fun of our vacation, it would cause me to look for a different rental on a return trip.

We just got home from our vacation and First, I cant stress enough how great Southern Coastal was with communication and friendliness. The condo was amazing and the pictures of that view do not do it justice. The condo unit was clean and comfortable, we felt we were at home. I would love to stay here again.
Very close to everything, restaurants, shopping and golf.

We could look out three large windows to see the beach and the ocean. Open the doors and hear the ocean. This was so convenient to local places we wanted to see.

The condo is updated and beautiful. Gorgeous views from every room. Right on the beach. You can’t really walk anywhere but a short ride gets you to many restaurants and shopping options. Note that you’re only given two rolls of toilet paper for the three bathrooms, no hand soap at any sink, and you will have to make your own beds. Sheets are provided but are not on beds when you arrive. One shower didn’t work but we had two others my daughter could use. Bring laundry detergent because each person only has one towel for the week.
