Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club is the perfect vacation spot for golfers, families, and snowbirds who are looking for a conveniently located and comfortable vacation in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located steps to Main Street North Myrtle Beach and directly across the street from the beach.
This three bedroom, two bathroom condo is extremely spacious, with enough room for everyone to spread out. It has stylish decor, beautifully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops. Catch ocean breezes from your private balcony, play a game of tennis at the court or take a dip in the sparkling outdoor swimming pool or relax in the community hot tub. This North Myrtle Beach condo also has free WIFI, cable TV, washer/ dryer and an elevator.
Each bedroom offers a Queen Size bed.
This property has everything to make you feel at home:
A fully stocked kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware.
A spacious living room with large flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and a slight ocean view balcony.
A washer/dryer.
2 full restrooms and a half restroom in one of the bedrooms!

This complex is not motorcycle, trailer, or golf cart friendly for renters.
Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay. Dish soap and laundry detergent are not provided so please bring these items with you.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Each home will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest (plus a few extra sets just in case). Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

First let me just say Souther Coast vacations is great. They have the best customer service and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Being across the street from the beach was one of the best parts. The unit had a few things we didn’t like, very had mattress in the master, very low water pressure, and a washer and dryer that was old and rusted and ruined a few of our clothes. If the owner made a few update it would be a really great unit. Overall it was still a great stay and Southern coast went above and beyond to make sure it was a gray stay.
The property was not clean when we arrived. The company had the same cleaner come out who did not clean again so I had to clean the unit myself.
