This spacious one bedroom condo features a kitchen with granite counter tops, newly renovated restroom, a private bedroom with King Size bed, and a cozy living room with a Murphy bed and fold down couch! This property can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Take a leisurely swim in the outdoor swimming pool, float around the sparkling indoor lazy river, relax in one of 3 hot tubs (2 outdoor, 1 indoor), or take a dip in the indoor swimming pool.

Patricia Grand also has a small coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee and pastries. Or grab a drink at the outdoor Tikki Bar overlooking the pool deck and the ocean! There is also an onsite gift shop and restaurant; you may never leave!

If you do leave the, walk down the beach and check out The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade features a mile long oceanfront boardwalk and provides guests a carnival-like atmosphere with oceanfront dining and shopping, located within 1.5 miles from the resort. Guests will love the oceanfront Skywheel, which offers riders a fantastic view of the Grand Strand and ocean! Patricia Grand is centrally located to an abundance of activities: shopping, restaurants, and family fun attractions with Broadway at the Beach only a short drive away, 1.5 miles.

All linens and bath towels are included, except for linens for the sleeper sofa (Queen Size) For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, and free parking for 1 car. This property has a coin operated laundry facility on the 12th floor.

We were very happy with our stay and loved having a front balcony and back balcony for the beach. There was a lot of dust in the room, but I know that is because of all of work that was going on at the hotel. I had no idea that the hotel was actually closed for renovations. It was very difficult for us to check in. Since we did not know the hotel was actually closed it took us forever to get a key and I was afraid we would have to find another place to stay. We did not have the right sheets for our bed and had to sleep on the murphy bed and it was very uncomfortable so our first night was terrible. The sliding glass door to the balcony facing the ocean was terrible, it was very hard to open and close, it kept coming off of the track and the handle for it was hanging on with one small screw and then finally fell off. The closet door with the mirrors was the same way. It seems like the owner has not owned this property very long and is making updates along the way. I love what the owner has done with the kitchen and the bathroom vanity. Even though we had a few problems I understand things happen and communication would be helpful due to the closing of the hotel. I do not know who dropped the ball there but communication could be better. I would be interested in renting this very same room again. I am also considering just contacting the hotel directly to make my reservation next time.

We are so sorry that we fell short of your expectations. You were originally scheduled to arrive during the flooding of the area and your dates were moved. From our understanding the resort and pools were open to external guests who reserved through the owner, but the hotel itself was not taking reservations. An email was sent as soon as this information was discovered, we sincerely apologize that we did not get to speak with you directly. We are definitely make some changes with our linen company, we refunded your linen cost and brought you proper linens as soon as we found out the linens were mislabeled. We encourage our guests to reach out to us even if it is after hours when they have an emergency. The sliding door will be looked at to determine if the rollers need changed to ease the opening and closing of the door, thank you for letting us know. Again, we apologize we fell short of your expectations and are happy you enjoyed your overall stay.

Besides the patio sliding door not working properly, [hard to open and close]. it was a wonderful place to stay. being dog freindly was a huge plus
