This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom unit located on the 2nd floor in the Magnolia North section of Myrtle Wood Golf Course. The condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room which features a 65" flat screen TV, an xbox, a variety of board games, and access to a patio area. The patio area has a table and seat to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks!

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a full bathroom, while the guest bedroom features 2 twin size beds and direct access to a restroom.

The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and offers WIFI for it's guests to give you all of the comforts of home while you're vacationing!
Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia North also features a BBQ grill area for guests to use.

Personal grills are not allowed at the complex.

Guest access
All linens and bath towels are included, except for linens for the sleeper sofa (Queen Size) For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and free parking.

Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Other things to note
Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along.
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed in this complex.
