Motorcycle Friendly? Pet Friendly? Walk to the Beach? Firebird 13 has all of the above! Centrally located in Myrtle Beach, Firebird 13 is only 2 blocks to the ocean and allows motorcycles and pets.

Firebird 13 features an open floor plan with a downstairs living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a 1/2 bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms each have private bathrooms with the master bedroom having a small balcony for you to enjoy some fresh air! One room has a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bed in it!
The patio has 3 chairs for you to relax in after a long beach day. The outdoor shower is an added luxury when coming back to the unit from the beach!

Firebird 13 is just a short drive to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, the Sky Wheel, and to Broadway at the Beach. Visit the Wonder Works museum or take a zipline ride across the lake at Broadway at the Beach! Minutes away is a Walmart Neighborhood Market as well some minigolf courses!

Firebird 13 will allow 1 pet that weighs less than 30 pounds during your stay for an additional pet fee of $100.00. This non-smoking townhome is motorcycle friendly year round with trailers being allowed during bike weeks only. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa you will need to provide your own linens for it.

Guest access
All linens and bath towels are included except for the sleeper sofa. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and free parking.

Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Other things to note
Beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along.
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
You receive 2 parking passes and we do allow motorcycles! 1 parking space is designated for the unit the other spaces are overflow. Overflow spots are first come first serve.
1 pet is allowed (under 30 lbs)
This community does not have a pool.
If guests choose to use the sleeper sofa they will need to provide their own sheets and blankets for it.
Please utilize the outdoor shower when coming back to the unit from the beach. This helps keep the sand outside!
