This is the perfect vacation spot for a family trip with endless activities!

This beach house, Babbling Brooke, is a beautifully styled five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. located inside of Ocean Lakes Family Campground! It is designed to accommodate up to 16 people, and is perfect for your annual vacation or family gathering! Stay in a private beach home and enjoy all of the Ocean Lakes amenities!

This home is located in the heart of Ocean Lakes and is only steps to the beach and minutes from the amenities inside the park. Everything you need for our trip can be located inside the campground! If you are feeling adventurous go explore Myrtle Beach! It has a plethora of attractions and dining options that the whole family will love. Shop at the Market Common, adventure at Myrtle Beach State Park, explore the hundreds of mini-golf courses, or relax inside the park itself!

The main level offers ample seating for the whole family, a large galley kitchen that is furnished with all necessary appliances, (including a washing machine and dryer), and hosts the master bedroom which has its own access to the porch and stairs to get to the parking deck and outdoor lounge area.

The top level of the home features an upper level balcony and 4 bedrooms that each have their own television and windows so you can enjoy the natural light on days you might want to stay inside!
Below the home is parking for several vehicles, an outdoor table set, and television!!

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay. Dish soap and laundry detergent are not provided so please bring these items with you.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each home will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. The linens provided will include bed sheets and bath towels for each bedroom and full bath. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Other Things to Note:
Ocean Lakes requires guests to pay for parking passes. Parking passes can be paid for and picked up at the front desk. It is $15 per car, per day.
This property is not pet friendly
This property is completely non-smoking (this includes all forms of E-cigarettes and prohibits smoking on any of the property).
Southern Coast only rents to families and adults over the age of 25
Motorcycles or similar vehicles are not allowed to be driven in the park, but are permitted in the overflow parking area. For specific questions please visit Ocean Lakes rules and regulations page for motorcycles and their events.
