Southern Coast Vacations loves our "snowbirds”! We offer oceanfront condos, walk to the beach houses, golf course condos and select pet friendly properties at great monthly discounts! Southern Coast Vacation’s winter rental season runs from October 1st-March 31 (depending on the Easter holiday). Some of our properties will rent out for the month of April at a higher monthly rate than shown below.
