This open floor planned condo is the perfect getaway for a golf weekend, family vacation, or snowbird winter rental as it offers all of the comforts of home. The living room features a TV and DVD/VCR while both bedrooms TV's offer the guest the luxury of watching their favorite shows in bed. Guests will love the ease of cooking a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen in which the homeowner has provided extra cookware, utensils, and a wine opener for their guests dining pleasure. For guests who enjoy eating outside, a community BBQ/picnic area is available. The homeowner has also provided boardgames and playing cards for their guests enjoyment. And good news for pet lovers, small dogs under 20 lbs are allowed!
Myrtlewood Golf Club is home to two championship golf courses, PineHills and The Palmetto, which are set along the beautiful Intercoastal Waterway. The PineHills course is the first and only design along the Grand Strand by award-winning architect Arthur Hills. The community also offers guests 4 outdoor swimming pools, on-site parking, and elevator access.
Magnolia 302 is located just a short 5 minute drive from the beach which has plenty of public accesses as well as local gift shops and several fishing piers. After a long day of sun and sand, enjoy an evening out at Broadway at the Beach, which is just up the highway from the condo. Families will love the IMAX Theater, aquarium, miniature golf course and of course the vast array of shopping and restaurant opportunities. For those looking for a night out on the town, Broadway at the Beach is famous for it's Celebrity Square, which has 10 dazzling nightclubs!
