Myrtle Beach Long Term Rental procedures:
- Contact our office to set up an appointment and view the property you are interested in.
- You will be given an application to complete; we will ask you for rental references, income verification, etc.
- There is a $50 fee due upon receipt of your completed application.
- We will pull a credit report, criminal background, rent history and also verify your references.
- If your application is approved, we will call you to set up an interview to complete the lease package.
- If your application is not approved, we will let you know the reason in writing.
- A security deposit of one months rent is due upon approval of your application.
- You will be given keys on your move-in day upon your payment of rent.
