Search Long Term Rentals

Our Rental procedures:

• Contact our office (843) 663-6063 to set up an appointment and view the property you are interested in.
• You will be given an application to complete; we will ask you for rental references, income verification, etc.
• There is a $25 fee due upon receipt of your completed application.
• We will view your credit report and also verify your references.
• If your application is approved, we will call you to set up an interview to complete your lease.
• If your application is not approved, we will let you know the reason in writing.
• A security deposit of one months rent is due at the signing of your lease.
• You will be given keys on your move-in day upon your payment of rent.
