Myrtle Beach Long Term Rental procedures:
- Contact our office to set up an appointment and view the property you are interested in.
- You will be given an application to complete; we will ask you for rental references, income verification, etc.
- There is a $25 fee due upon receipt of your completed application.
- We will pull a credit report and also verify your references.
- If your application is approved, we will call you to set up an interview to complete the lease package.
- If your application is not approved, we will let you know the reason in writing.
- A security deposit of one months rent is due at the signing of your lease.
- You will be given keys on your move-in day upon your payment of rent.

Myrtle Beach Winter Rentals
Many of our vacation rental properties are available at special monthly winter rates from as early as October through February or March.(excluding Easter week) More and more vacationers and retirees are discovering how enjoyable it is to visit the Grand Strand during the Fall, Winter and early Spring. Guests staying at least 90 days receive preference in property selection and their rental is not subject to the 10% SC tax that is applicable to shorter stays. Any rentals with a duration of 90 days or less are subject to state and local taxes.
The term 'monthly' means a rental for one full month, with check-in on the first day of the month and departure on the last day of the month. Rental rates include local phone calls, basic cable TV, water, electricity and any amenities that the particular property may have available. There is a charge for long-distance telephone calls and a one-time reservation fee and departure cleaning fee is added to all rentals. Linens are not included although linen rental service is available.
