Breathtaking Oceanfront views from Xanadu III unit 705. This four bedroom / three bathroom condo is located in the desired Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach and offers guests a beautiful oceanfront view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Xanadu III features a sparkling outdoor swimming pool and is walking distance to Main Street where you can shag the night away, take a whirl on one of the carnival rides (open the beginning of June through Labor Day), or grab a bite to eat at one of areas best local restaurants.
This oceanfront condo offers a bright and airy Master Bedroom with a King size bed, a small private balcony with ocean views, and a private restroom with a garden bathtub and separate shower. The second Master suite also offers a King size bed and private restroom. There are two other guest rooms one offering a Queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. The guestroom with the queen size bed has direct access to the hallway restroom. There is a TV in every bedroom!
Come in from the beach and throw your beach towels in the washer & dryer. Also for your convenience we have wireless internet ! Xanadu III-705 has a fully equipped kitchen with oceanfront views, perfect for preparing your beach snacks or gourmet meals. We have a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and access to the oceanfront balcony.
This unit is non-smoking.
Smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
Motorcycle friendly-all motorcycles and trailers must be parked across the boulevard in the overflow parking.
The overflow parking is not paved!
Unfortunately Pets are not allowed at Xanadu III.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Loved the location and the condo was big, loved the setup but it was not clean. Bathtubs and toilets had rings around them and we had to clean before we could use it.

The place was very clean. Amazing views from the side windows and the side balcony. The pool was great and there was always a parking spot. The beach wasn’t very crowded due to no big high riser.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The property was dated and needs upgraded. There was mold in the bathrooms and most everything in the condo showed its long use. The location was the best part about the property with the balcony facing the ocean.

First thing I did when we got in the unit was open the blinds to the slider doors, following the instructions on the wall, and 2-3 of the slats fell off
The place is not very clean (carpets, furniture) and very outdated
The carpet appeared so dirty we would not walk on it without shoes
The couch/loveseat in the main living room was so dirty we sat on towels
The comforters on all the beds appeared very worn and dirty. I instructed my family to take them off and put them in the corner for the duration of our stay. Not sure if the blankets had been washed.
Stove is not in the best condition.
Refrigerator the drawers stick terrible and I was afraid I would break them trying to use them
During Tropical Storm Elsa the rain came through sliders and was all over the kitchen floor. Had to mop up with towels.
We were with a group of 70+ people during our trip and this is our 2nd year there (some from the group have been doing this trip annually since 1986). A good number stayed in Xanadu III which allowed me to see several other units. Every other unit I was in was much nicer, more updated, cleaner and much less expensive. Likewise, one family from our group stayed at MarVista and they even paid less than I did and had a much nicer unit.
For what I paid I would expect a cleaner and more updated unit. Again, the layout, the space, the bedroom/bathroom configuration were great. I plan to bring 1-2 additional family members next year for this trip and wouldn't mind this unit if it were to be updated/cleaned, or a similar unit - and not as high priced. I will shop around more for a Xanadu III unit to look for a more reasonable price.

We had a great stay! Really liked the condo, loved the area. Had a couple maintenance issues. My son was able to fix shower. They got the washer fixed on Tuesday. The condo is older but clean n nicely decorated. I was very comfortable there. Felt homey. Kitchen was stocked abundantly! Plenty of dishes, pans, utensils etc. I would definitely go back!!

The condo was very spacious and was perfect for our family vacation. It slet 3 adults and 4 kids very efficiently. The condo was very clean. The pool was never crowded nor was the beach.
Only thing we did not like was there was construction. It was on the building and not the actual condo. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that would be happening. The contractors were very rude and did not clean up after themselves as I did get a screw in my tire which put a damper on the vacation.

We were moved to this condo due to AC problems at the rental we originally booked. We loved it!
It is slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. We had enough room for 6 adults and 3 children.
The private beach access to the beach was highly convenient and the shower with separate water hose made cleaning fast.
It is within close driving distance to Walmart, Publix, Kroger, and beach shops.
There are so many amazing local restaurants. We particularly loved the local BBQ. We used the Yelp app and it did not disappoint.
I personally appreciated the gentleman who kept an eye on the place. He wasn't shy about asking what everyone was up to and making sure everyone who was there, was supposed to be there.
