Enjoy a sunset strolling on the beach with your pet. We allow one dog 30lbs or under. So bring the entire family and make some memories.

The beach, miniature golf, many restaurants and stores are all within walking distance!
For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 directly in front of the townhome entrance.
Other things to Note:
This property does not allow smoking of any kind.
Pet friendly for 1 dog under 30lbs with a paid pet fee of $100.00.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Guests are permitted 2 parking passes with one assigned parking spot.
Non-assigned parking is first come first serve.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Location is great, the house is good, just the cleaning that was not too good, baseboards, behind door and underneath of beds was dirty. Shower head of the master bedroom need be replaced, and sink look like need some drain cleaning (water take too longer to go away) other than that, we loved the house.

This is our second year staying with Southern Coast Vacations at Firebird Condos. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Weather was perfect, condo was clean & provided everything we needed and more. It’s super close to the beach, 3 minute walk- and Convenient to everything we wanted to do. The company is professional and willing to work with you as well.
Highly recommend staying here! We will be back next year!

The townhouse we rented for our weeks stay in Myrtle beach was fabulous. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the beach. We had everything we needed (except a pair of scissors, LOL). The cookware was really nice and heavy duty. There was a patio for bar-b-quing and relaxing after a long day at the beach. We had 6 people with us and the townhouse had more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. I felt very safe as the beach was not overcrowded. I would go again and rent this townhouse in a heartbeat. People who complain that myrtle beach is unsafe, especially the south end near the airport are wrong. Myrtle beach is like any other city. You just need to be cautious like anywhere else. The dining room had 4 chairs so we brought 2 of our own. The property management team was great! We had a little snafew with the keys and they promptly came over and let us in. Then they gave us a discount for our trouble. The customer service was exceptional!

It is always a joy to spend several months in our winter home. The newest couch and love seat are so much nicer than the ones bought just two years ago. We have booked for next year and look forward to our visit government and healthy safety permitting. Only issue we have was the cleanliness of the unit. We managed to clean it taking nearly a month working an hour or two a day.

Having to find a place for a 5 night stay, on season at the beach. I groaned for a nice place, i will go broke. From pictures it looked nice but Myrtle Beach is not the safest. Low cost than most and available 3 days before leaving, what's wrong with it. Took the chance, so happy i did. Nice roomy for three older adults to visit friends and relax. I would recommend to all but hey it's my secret.

The townhouse was just as described. It could use a little updating (we loved the new floor), but it was perfect for what we wanted, a comfortable stopping place between trips to the beach/shopping/dining out. The Property Management was awesome!!

First time we have had to put the sheets on the beds. Not made up when we arrived. No trash bags. Had to buy some. Only one roll of paper towels. Our Yorkie kept finding candy wrappers and old papers from under the beds and sofas. Not well cleaned

We take our guest feedback quite serious; We do provide guests with linens wrapped in cellophane directly from the linen company so guests know they are the fresh and clean. With our vacation rentals we send a helpful packing list and provide guests with a welcome pack of one toilet tissue per restroom, one paper towel roll, a kitchen towel, dishcloth, and a trash bag in each trash can. We hope this clears up any misunderstandings, and we hope you choose to stay with us again

This location is centrally located and short walk to the beach. Close to many amenities, the airport, golf courses and restaurants. Furnishings are nice and condo well stocked with dishes and kitchen necessities- and the bonus is its pet friendly.

Fully stocked kitchen, even left an empty cabinet to put your dry food in. Private back patio with table, chairs, and a grill. Beds are comfortable, plenty of closet space, even left us hangers. Lovely pictures on walls, very clean and well maintained. Peaceful. You can tell the owner takes pride in their condo.

This was our 5th time in #5, and as usual I was extremely happy with everything. I especially like the fact that it is very quiet and away from all the crazy traffic. Mini golf and nice restaurant walking distance away, and beach only 5-10 min walk. I'll be back next year.

We absolutely loved our time in Myrtle Beach! We could not have been more pleased with the Firebird property we stayed at. It was exactly as described online and exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely townhome.. spacious, clean and had all the comforts of home and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach/Grand Hotel. Being able to bring our mini Yorkie along for the trip was such a great accommodation, he loved running around on the beach every night. Watching the sunrise everyday was truly stunning and something you should definitely experience! If you're planning a stay, you MUST try Ciao restaurant for authentic and beyond delicious Italian cuisine. We also spent some time at Ripley's Aquarium and Pier 14 (very fun) But the majority of our days were spent at that beautiful beach and strolling through town. It was a picture perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and we are so looking forward to our next trip! Booking was simple and both the owner of the property as well as the management company were friendly and made the entire process seamless. We would, without a doubt, recommend! Thank you, Firebird, for your hospitality and making our very first trip to Myrtle Beach, one for the books!

Excellent unit to enjoy a family vacation. The owner has furnished the unit with a family's convenience in mind. It is clean and well designed to meet your needs. The location gives you privacy and only a short distance from the beach not to mention the arrangement with the Atlantic Hotel which makes it very favorable for young children.

Really enjoyed our stay in Firebird #5. It was comfortable and spacious for the two of us and our golden doodle. Our CCU student son and his girlfriend came over regularly to visit the beach with us. So the extra bathroom/bedroom was quite useful. The town home itself is nicely equipped though the decor does appear a bit dated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils/small electrics and such. There was also considerable cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels though the info from the agency says to bring all the above. Only minor gripe was that the ice maker in the freezer never worked. To be fair, we never did report this to the agency so I don't know if they would/could have fixed it during our stay. The beach is two blocks away which we found very convenient but also far enough that the Ocean Blvd traffic was of no concern.

I really thought that our unit 5 was a bit dated. could be brought up to speed a bit and a king size bed would have been fabulous. Also room darkening blinds or curtains. we are not morning people and it is hard to sleep when the sun is up and curtains are like sheers. Other than that all was good

You will be happy to know we have updated the floors, we have laminate floors throughout the entire town home and we will definitely look into some new curtains. The master bedroom does have a brand new Queen mattress, but when we replace the furniture we will consider a King Size frame.

We stayed in this well equipped townhouse for two weeks in early October. It is spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The service received from Southern Coast Vacations and Jennifer in particular was superlative - including response to a leak under the sink. Our one suggestion would be that the townhouse requires some TLC. The vertical blinds are in bad shape and need replacing. The deck is getting fragile in places and needs some repair. Carpeting is looking its age. The unit is well located. I was a bit disappointed to find that the fitness centre at the Atlantic Grand was not included for guests as was stated in the listing. However, the pool facilities were superb.
Third year staying in Condo #5. Never disappoints!
Clean, close to the beach, stocked with basic necessities & feels like our home away from home each year.
Look forward to next year!
